Last updated October 13, 2026

This policy explains how Premier Technical System Inc., doing business as Service Your Devices (“we,” “us”), collects and uses information through serviceyourdevices.com and our client portal.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, business name, role, email, phone, city, details about your business and IT needs, and anything you type into a form, ticket or message.
  • Client portal information: account details, support tickets, attachments you upload, and records about the devices and services we manage for your business.
  • Technical information: basic data our web server records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

  • To respond to your requests, provide our services, and support your users and devices.
  • To send service messages such as ticket updates, invoices and security notices.
  • To contact you by phone, text or email when you have asked us to. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
  • To protect our systems, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Client data we manage

When we manage systems for your business, we may be able to access data stored on them. We access it only as needed to provide the services in your agreement. For medical practices, we sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, which governs protected health information. Your service agreement controls how client data is handled.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, email, phone and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations, when you direct us to, or when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and multi-factor authentication for staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data breaches

If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (§ 501.171, Florida Statutes) and any other law that applies.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
