Terms of service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms apply to your use of serviceyourdevices.com and the Service Your Devices client portal, operated by Premier Technical System Inc., doing business as Service Your Devices.
Managed services
Managed IT plans, add-ons and projects are provided under a separate written service agreement or proposal. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Prices
Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars and are starting prices for typical small offices. Your price is set in your written proposal and depends on your users, devices, locations and the services you choose. Taxes, hardware and third-party licenses are extra. We may change website prices at any time; changes don’t affect a signed agreement until its terms allow.
Onsite service
Onsite visits are available anywhere in Florida by appointment and are billed at the hourly rate in your agreement. Any travel charges are confirmed before your visit is scheduled.
Free assessment
A free assessment creates no obligation for either party. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time.
Client portal
You are responsible for keeping portal sign-in details confidential and for the activity of the users you invite. Don’t upload passwords in plain text, unlawful content or malware. We may suspend access to protect our systems or for non-payment.
Your responsibilities
You authorize us to access the systems covered by your agreement, agree to keep licensed software and hardware vendor agreements in good standing, and agree to tell us about changes that affect your systems.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is,” and our liability for services is limited as stated in your service agreement. Information in our MSP guide and industry pages is general and is not legal advice.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
